Recovery
Subrogation referrals and demand letters, salvage reports and deductible reimbursement requests, each with a worked example showing the theory written out rather than asserted.
Subrogation and salvage are standing captions in every report scheme in use, and they are the two most often filled with a single word. "None apparent" with no reasoning is the entry a recovery unit asks about six months later, when the evidence has been released and the deadline has run.
These templates cover the recovery side properly: who the potential defendant is, on what theory, what has been preserved, what notice has gone out and when.
